Lindsey joins Rep Data with multiple years experience leading the People function at remote-first, multi-state companies. She is passionate about making the People Team an approachable, holistic, and strategic business partner to the company.
Prior to joining Rep Data as Director of People Success in July 2022, Lindsey was the Director of People and Culture at Verse.io, a lead engagement startup with 120 employees across 22 states. While at Verse, Lindsey built the People & Culture (HR) function from the ground up, implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) company-wide, and oversaw headcount planning, competency and performance management framework creation, trainings for managers and directors, internal company communications, and employee relations.
Prior to joining Verse in September 2020, Lindsey was the HR Director at Williamsburg Learning, an educational services startup with 90 employees across 16 states. While there she oversaw educational policy design and compliance, teacher licensure, hiring and staffing operations, and board relations with charter school boards.
Lindsey is a builder at heart, with a love of creating processes, frameworks, and cultures designed to scale. She is excited to be joining Rep Data as it expands its workforce globally and expands on its commitment to honor Rep Data team members as the heart of our company's competitive advantage.
