Our Hiring Process
We know you have choices about where to spend your career. We believe it’s equally important that Rep Data is a match for you as you are for Rep Data. We start the process by reviewing your resume and application. If we sense a mutual fit, you will have a screening call with members of our People Success team to learn more about your skillset and your interest in the position you are applying for. Most positions will then have a hiring manager interview, a job-related assessment, and finally, a panel interview where you can meet a group of your potential colleagues and get to know more about the culture and work style at Rep Data.
