Managing Director, Rep Data EuropeFlorian is Managing Director, Rep Data Europe, where he leads the expansion of the company’s European operations. He founded ReDem, an AI-driven in-survey data quality solution acquired by Rep Data in 2026 to strengthen its end-to-end approach to survey quality. Under his leadership, ReDem became widely adopted by research teams globally.
In addition to his operational role, Florian serves as President of the Austrian Insights Association (VMÖ), represents Austria within ESOMAR and contributes to the Global Data Quality (GDQ) initiative.
