Rep Data is headed to the Insights Association’s Ignite Data Quality conference

Rep Data is excited to be part of the inaugural Insights Association’s Ignite: Data Quality conference, taking place on April 14, 2025, at Kantar Headquarters in New York City. As both a sponsor and speaker, we’re eager to collaborate on key issues surrounding insights research, including fraud mitigation, accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability. With a full agenda offering valuable insights, this event will explore how to maintain data integrity throughout the research process, from ensuring a positive participant experience to combating fraud. Find Rep team members Ryan Rothe, Vignesh Krishnan, and Steven Snell, PhD at the conference!

The one-day-only schedule is packed with must-attend sessions, starting with an opening keynote on "Designing for Data Excellence: Putting Humans at the Heart of Quality," exploring the essential role of human expertise in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability—emphasizing how human-centered design methodologies can improve and maintain data quality in marketing research.

Next up is "The Sampling Ecosystem & Novel Recruiting Methods," delving into the complexities of modern sampling, showcasing innovative techniques like three-tiered social media recruitment and a more nuanced approach to understanding Hispanic identity.

We will be speaking on a provocative panel discussion about cutting-edge fraud detection technologies in survey research. Our session, “Understanding Tech-Enabled Fraud Prevention,” will feature our own Steven Snell, PhD, Head of Research along with Megan Peitz from Numerious, Keith Rinzler from 1Q, Rich Ratcliff from OpinionRoute and moderated by Roddy Knowles from dtect.

After the networking lunch, Dynata's Tammy Rosner, PhD, discusses the critical role of respondent engagement in maintaining data quality, presenting a measurement system with eight key variables to optimize survey design and enhance both data integrity and respondent retention in “With All Eyes on Data Quality, Don’t Forget the Respondent.” The whole afternoon is packed with great content!

And to close out the day, "Coming Together to Solve the Data Quality Crisis" with Data Quality Co-op and The Harris Poll presents findings from a collaborative study that integrates quality signals across the market research supply chain, offering practical guidance on prioritizing quality checks, balancing data removal, and exploring shared indicators to improve data quality and decision-making. Melanie Courtright, CEO of the Insights Association, will then share latest on developments for the industry including the Data Quality Benchmarks tracking study and more trends in our space.
